Do I pay during training and onboarding?
No. Training and onboarding are included at no extra cost. You only start paying when your VA begins working on your tasks.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Need to go from part time to full time? Just let us know and we will adjust.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for a minimum commitment of one month. After that, our plans are month to month with no long term contracts.
How does billing work?
We bill bi-weekly or monthly depending on your preference. You receive a detailed timesheet showing hours worked and tasks completed.
